They met at the Young Adult ministry at Red Rocks Church. She was finishing up college, he was finishing an internship with the church (although he had committed to not dating until it was completed in the spring). While she didn't remember meeting him, he clearly remembered her. After multiple "accidental" conversations (he was obviously trying to be strategic), they began to form a friendship. As soon as his internship was over, (to the exact day) he started to pursue her. Several dates in, he thought for sure she knew he liked her, but she thought he was just being friendly. Before they knew it, they started a relationship and began to see their lives come together. A year and half later, he got down on one knee (after making her jump a fence, which resulted in many tears) to seal the deal. Now, they are looking forward to pursuing God's kingdom together as the Zajiceks.
