Due to VERY limited space, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate plus ones unless they are specifically named on the invitation. This includes children, this is a CHILD-FREE event.
Complimentary transportation will be provided to and from the venue. Please note that transportation will ONLY be provided from The Music City Loft (162 4th Ave. N. Nashville, TN. 37219) Pick up WILL DEPART at 11:45am. There will only be ONE pick up scheduled. If you miss the scheduled pick up, you will need to find your own transportation. After the ceremony, pick up will be exactly at 3pm.
We need a head count by latest Feb. 15th as we have very limited space and would love to finish preparations for everyone who will be able to attend.
Please be aware that the ceremony is outdoors from 12-3pm, during this time we will be at the venue for the ceremony, pictures with family and friends, and end with cake and non-alcoholic drinks for guests. At the time of our departure (3pm) we will transport you back to the Music City Loft to freshen up and we will discuss further plans closer to the date.
Yes, you may take pictures with your phone or camera but please keep in mind that we do have a photographer. Be mindful when taking your pictures so you don’t disrupt our photographer. We would love to have candid pictures of you too!
Attire is Semi-Formal: That generally means cocktail dresses, evening dresses, casual suits, slacks, button-downs. Please note that, weather permitting, our ceremony will take place outdoors on grass. We recommend comfortable shoes! Please refrain from wearing white or similar colors. The venue does not allow jeans or sneakers.
