Arriving to TN

Monday is the recommended arrival date for Parents and the rest of the guests as we would love for everyone to have time to settle in and enjoy dinner with us before the ceremony.
Dinner

Bridal Dinner will be a casual night. Examples for attire: Men: slacks, jeans, polo, nice button up, shoes of your choice. Women: Short or long dress, skirt, nice blouse, pantsuit, heels, sandals, flats etc.

Ceremony

Semi-Formal: Fall colors preferred. (Please refrain from using White, Ivory or light shades that resemble the bridal gown). Our ceremony will be held outdoors, please be advised that the weather can be a little chilly.
Please keep in mind that there will be no food during this time. Make sure to eat before the ceremony. We will provide non-alcoholic drinks and cake during the ceremony. Complimentary transportation will be provided to and from the venue. Please note that transportation will ONLY be provided from The Music City Loft (162 4th Ave. N. Nashville, TN. 37219) Pick up WILL DEPART at 11:45am. There will only be ONE pick up scheduled. If you miss the scheduled pick up, you will need to find your own transportation. After the ceremony, pick up will be exactly at 3pm.
After Ceremony
3:00 pm - 7:00 pm
After the ceremony Alan and I will be headed out to take pictures. You are more than welcome to use this time to rest, go grab some food, or explore the city. Alan and I will be done around 7pm and will head over to grab something to eat. You can join us to eat, and/or go downtown for live music.
