Yes, there will be vegan/vegetarian dishes available. Vegetarian: Blueberry Goat Cheese Flatbread, Mashed Potatoes. Vegan: Hearts of Palm Ceviche, Fall Salad, Green beans and Asparagus with Dijon Tahini Sauce, Smoked Chipotle Sauce. All food will be served Family Style.

Yes! And we will have kids activities available. (However, just a note that the music will not be edited and will contain curse words and other adult content).
No set dress code, we hope everyone wears what makes them feel fabulous! We would suggest wearing shoes that are comfortable for an uneven terrain (heels are not the best idea!)
Please arrive before the ceremony begins at 4pm. We would suggest arriving between 3:45-3:50pm at the latest. We promise to have a short/quick ceremony so if you're late you will most likely miss it!
Yes, there is limited parking at the venue. We highly suggest that you utilize the bus service to and from the hotels. If you will be driving, please indicate that on your RSVP so that we can make sure to account for parking space, as an overflow parking lot may be used depending.
Yes. A bus will pick up at the Sheraton between 2:20-2:35pm and then pick up at the Gaia between 2:55-3:10pm. The bus will head back to the Gaia then Sheraton first at 9:30pm and finally at 10:30pm.
Yes, there will be beer and wine and signature cocktails.
