A bus will pick up at the Sheraton between 2:20-2:35pm and then pick up at the Gaia between 2:55-3:10pm. The bus will head back to the Gaia then Sheraton first at 9:30pm and finally at 10:30pm.

The ground can be uneven (you may want to re-think heels!) Redding is usually in the 80s in October. Evening could get chilly.
The ceremony will be short, we promise! But if you are late, you will probably miss it! TRANSPORTATION: We will be providing a shuttle bus from both hotels, Sheraton and Gaia and may additionally add an overflow parking lot if needed. Your answers to RSVP questions are really helpful for our planning purposes! **Lyft & Uber are VERY limited in our city, it would not be a good idea to rely on it for transportation** FOOD Meal will be served Family Style! No need to indicate meal choice.
