Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP before the date on your invitation. There are two options when RSVPing, for the ceremony only or for both the ceremony and reception. Please indicate for which option you are able to RSVP. If plans change please notify us before the RSVP deadline.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

As much as we’d love to have the “more the merrier”, in order to stay in budget and for space please do not bring a date or additional guest. Unless indicated on your personal invitation, we ask that you only bring yourself.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes the kiddos are welcome! Your children will be named on the invitations! However, we do ask that parents/guardians please be watchful of your children. The decor in the venue is not ours. Also in order for our day of photographer to do their work, all guests and children should avoid being in their path. This is also for safety. There is no assigned seating for the ceremony so if you want to sit close to the restroom for the little ones you may do so.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony so you can be seated. Seating is first come first served. The first row is reserved for immediate family.

Question

Are cellphones and video recording devices allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

In order to stay in the moment, we ask that all guests please silence and put away all electronics. Our ceremony will be an unplugged event. Guests who fail to do so will be asked by the usher to put away the device. Devices are allowed at the reception, but please refrain from being close to the wedding photographer.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, dress code is semi formal/formal. But feel free to kick off those heels on the dance floor!

Question

Is there assigned seating for the ceremony and/or reception?

Answer

For the ceremony the first two rows will be reserved for bride and groom's immediate family. All other rows are first come first serve. For the reception there is assigned seating, but once everyone has eaten feel free to move around. You'll find your assigned table number during the cocktail hour.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered here on Zola and Amazon.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Our cocktail and reception menu has already been selected. Changes unfortunately at this time cannot be done. However, please let us know if you do have an allergy so we can tell you ahead of time what the menu is so you can avoid allergens.
