What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be formal attire with a Storybook Fantasy theme, inspired by warm earth tones: browns, tans, and sage green. We encourage you to embrace the spirit of the day, but most importantly, please wear whatever color makes you feel happy and confident!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we adore our little guests, space is limited at the venue, and we are nearing capacity. Children are invited for family members only. However, we encourage parents to enjoy the weekend away and celebrate with us. *Family members only, please indicate on your RSVP whether you will bring your children so we can accomodate appropriate seating arrangements.

What type of food should I expect?

We will have a buffet style dinner. (There will be gluten free and vegetarian options)

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are only able to accomodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation, due to limited venue space. If you received a plus one, it will be specifically indicated on your envelope & when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!

What should I do if I can't make it?

We completely understand, life is busy! If you cannot attend, please let us know via RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

How does seating work?

Answer

The ceremony will be open seating, so sit wherever you please; however please allow family to have the first few aisles. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging a seating chart so our guests are sat with those they know.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a large parking area directly behind the venue, and the venue allows you to leave your car overnight if needed. (AKA - If you plan to drink, Asheville is a big city with rideshare options at all hours such as Uber and Lyft!)

Absolutely, time to let loose!

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, followed by an indoor reception. As October weather can vary in Asheville, we recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap to stay comfortable. We have a backup indoor ceremony spot in the case of rain.
