What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony begins.

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes. If you're unsure, just ask!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a large parking lot right outside Emerson Park Pavilion.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We'll have a shuttle running. Please see "Travel" tab for details. Please also note that ride sharing options are limited in Auburn.

Question

What COVID-19 safety procedures will there be?

Answer

To ensure the health and safety of all our friends and family, all guests will be required to show proof of full vaccination for COVID-19. A picture of your vaccine card will do, as will the physical card or any mobile pass. Further details are provided on the RSVP page. All staff at the venue and our vendors (photographer, band, etc.) have assured us that they are fully vaccinated as well. As the situation with the Delta variant evolves, we will continue to monitor public health guidelines and make changes accordingly. Please reach out if you have any additional questions or concerns.
