What's the best airport to use?

Answer

Dallas has two major airports: Dallas Love Field (DAL) and Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). Love Field is generally smaller and less hectic, with most flights being Southwest Airlines. DFW is a large international airport with many airline options. We suggest comparing flight options and choosing the airport that best suits your travel needs.

Have you reserved a block of rooms at a hotel?

Answer

Yes! You may book your reservations by using the booking link under the "Travel" section here on our website or by calling the hotel directly at 469-661-2900 and requesting the "Mollergren-Ostrander Wedding" group rate. The discounted rates are available until 11:59 PM on 10/24/2025.

Where is the wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will be at the same venue, Cross Creek Ranch in Parker, TX. Once you arrive, you'll see signage directing you across the footbridge to the pavilion and ground beyond where the ceremony will take place. The venue is approximately 35 miles from DFW airport, and 30 miles from Love Field airport.

What's the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?

Answer

Shuttle service will be provided between the hotel and venue or can drive or take a rideshare to the venue.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Answer

Complimentary on-site parking is available for our guests driving to the venue. Thank you in advance for ensuring your vehicle is removed from the lot at the end of the event.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our late afternoon ceremony will be outdoors under the arbor on the creek while cocktail hour and the reception will take place indoors. Guests will walk to the arbor on paved pathways, but will need to step on grass briefly to take their seats. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended.

What's the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Cocktail Attire with Dallas flair! Think cocktail dresses, suits, or dressy separates. Cowboy hats and boots are welcome. No denim, please. November in Dallas can be around 60 degrees, so consider a light jacket for our outdoor ceremony. Please check the local weather closer to the date. We can't wait to celebrate!

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

Answer

If "and guest" or your plus-one's name is written on your wedding invitation, you can bring someone. See you and your plus-one on 11/21/25! If you have any questions, please contact us.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

Yes, children are welcome. We just ask that you please be mindful of the open water features on the property and ensure your children are supervised at all times.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

We'll have hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a buffet dinner. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions in your digital RSVP.
