Kindly wear nice cocktail attire - dresses and heels for women and suits for men. We ask that you stick to a formal, summer-inspired theme!
We have listed three nearby hotel options on the website under the “Travel” tab. We will be staying at The Parker Hotel, where a block of rooms have been reserved. We encourage guests to book a room with us here, however, it is completely up to you on where you would like to stay! There are plenty of hotel and airbnb options in both Castle Rock and surrounding cities. Please keep in mind that The Parker Hotel only has 50 guest rooms, which will be booked on a “first come first serve” basis after room blocks are full.
No need! Transportation will be provided to and from The Parker Hotel. However, if you don’t want to utilize the shuttles we’ve provided or are staying at a different hotel, the venue has plenty of parking for those that want to drive themselves. Additionally, both uber and lyft will be available if scheduled in advance.
The weather in Castle Rock, Colorado during August is comfortable with highs in the 80s and lows in the 60s, remaining cooler in the mornings and evenings. Weather permitting, the wedding ceremony will be held outside.
Please arrive to the venue 30 minutes prior to the ceremony for plenty of time to settle in and enjoy a glass of champagne. We will begin the ceremony promptly at 5pm, so plan to arrive at 4:30pm, if possible.
We kindly ask that you do not bring anyone that is not specified on the invitation as we want to keep this an intimate celebration. If you were given a plus one, they will be listed on both the invite as well as our website upon your RSVP. We appreciate your understanding!
We respectfully request no children be present, allowing all of our guests (including you!) to enjoy an adults-only evening.
