Welcome Reception for Out of Town Guests

5:00 pm

Open to guests traveling from outside the metro-Atlanta area. Two hotels nearby the welcome reception venue are listed on the "Travel & Lodging" page for your convenience.

Aloha Reception

3:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Beverages and light refreshments will be available to guests who want to explore the Botanical Gardens before the cocktail hour and reception. Activities will be available including lei making and garden games! Note that beverages and refreshments must be consumed in the Gardenside Room.

Informal Brunch

9:30 am - 11:30 am

Depending on the level of interest from guests staying in Athens after the reception on Saturday there will be an informal brunch in Athens on Sunday morning. Details to be released later.
