We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults only event with the exception of a few kids from our immediate families at the ceremony only which were notified ahead of time. We encourage you to use this evening as a night out!
We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your save the date/wedding invitation. If only your name was listed on the envelope please do not bring a plus one. If you don’t have the envelope anymore and don’t remember what it said, please go to the RSVP tab on this website and enter your name. If you don’t see anyone’s name listed with yours, we kindly ask that you don’t bring a plus one. Please respect our wishes as we’re trying to keep our wedding as an intimate celebration.
The ceremony will start at 3:30pm sharp. We kindly ask that you arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior. Cocktail hour and reception are to follow. Please see the schedule tab for more questions.
We are having an “unplugged ceremony” (no phones or cameras). We have hired professional photographers and videographers to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos and videos as soon as we receive them! After the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures as videos as you would like.
Please RSVP on this website under the RSVP tab by entering your name (or any of the names) that was listed on the envelope you received. Please enter your name exactly as it is listed on the envelope. You will need to accept or decline your invitation for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception separately. If you have any questions or are having trouble, feel free to reach out to the couple anytime.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP too late. We will need to provide our vendors and the venue with an exact guest count by a certain date. Please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible!
We would love to see our friends and family dress up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire/semi formal for the wedding. For ladies this could mean floor length, tea length or midi length dresses. For the gentlemen this could mean suit and tie or dress pants and a button up. We kindly ask that you don’t wear any jeans.
Yes! We will have a hotel block at the Clarion Hotel & Suites Riverfront 70 E First St Oswego, NY 13126. Please call and reserve a room ASAP if you would like, it’s under The Allen Wedding. You may also reserve one at this link: https://www.choicehotels.com/reservations/groups/FT11Q1 PLEASE NOTE: There will not be transportation for our guests to and from the hotel/venue. It is 11 minutes away but please plan accordingly if you plan on staying at the hotel.
Yes! We will have 2 hours of open bar and then the rest of the night will be cash bar.
We do have a registry page on this website. We don’t have any physical items on it however we do have a Venmo account set up for our Newlyweds Fund. We will also have a card box at the venue for the reception. Please refer to the Registry tab for further questions.
Yes, there will be plenty of parking space at the venue! It is free parking.
The ceremony will be outdoors but the cocktail hour and reception to follow with be indoors.
If the weather happens to not be on our side for our big day, we do have an alternative option. It is still at the same venue we will just be under a pavilion for the ceremony only.
