We understand plans can change! If anything shifts before the RSVP deadline, just let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll update your RSVP for you.
As much as we’d love to include everyone, we’re only able to extend invitations to those listed on the RSVP. If your invitation includes “and Guest” or lists another name alongside yours, then a plus-one has been reserved for you. If not, we kindly ask that you attend solo. Thank you for understanding!
Due to the space limitations of our venue, we unfortunately have to limit the rehearsal dinner guest list to those who will be playing a role in the ceremony. We apologize in advance to those who are not included.
Plan to arrive around 15-30 minutes early so you can park and find your seat—ceremony starts promptly at 4:30 PM!
Yes, both the ceremony and reception are at Venue at the Grove. 7010 S 27th Ave. Phoenix, AZ 85041
Our ceremony will be unplugged—we kindly ask that you put away phones and cameras and enjoy the moment with us. We’ve hired a professional photographer to capture everything, and we can’t wait to share those photos with you!
Semi-formal attire. Cocktail dresses, suits, and dressy separates are perfect for the occasion. We do kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white or ivory, as we’d love to keep that special color reserved for the bride. Thank you so much for understanding and helping us honor this tradition!
We recommend avoiding stilettos, as the ceremony and reception areas include grass and uneven brick ground. Block heels, wedges, or flats are a great choice for staying stylish and comfortable!
Mid to late April in Arizona is typically warm, sunny, and dry with: Highs: 80–90°F (27–32°C) Lows: 55–65°F (13–18°C) Rainfall: Very little (April averages less than 0.25 inches of rain) Humidity: Low Sky: Mostly sunny to clear skies Sunset: 7:05pm
The ceremony and reception will be outdoors, but we’ll have a small indoor seating area available for anyone who runs warm or might need a break from the heat.
For nearby hotel options, please check our “Accommodations” tab. For those who prefer a home-away-from-home, Airbnb or Vrbo are great alternatives!
Please plan for your own transportation, as travel to and from the venue will not be provided. The drive can be lengthy, with surface streets and potential traffic, so we recommend allowing extra time to arrive comfortably.
Onsite parking will be available for all guests!
Yes! Both the ceremony and reception spaces are wheelchair accessible and designed to accommodate all guests comfortably. If you have specific accessibility needs, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help make arrangements.
Join us for a full evening of celebration, including a delicious dinner, open bar, and late-night snacks to keep the party going!
We will have a Tuscan Chicken Fettuccine in a Red Pepper Garlic Sauce, as well as a NY Steak with Mashed Potatoes and Asparagus. If you are vegan or vegetarian, accommodations can be made!
Please let us know of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP.
We’ve worked closely with our DJ to create a playlist that reflects us and sets the tone for the night. To keep the flow just right, we won’t be accepting requests during the reception. Thank you for understanding!
We're lucky to have most of what we need at home for now, so instead of a traditional registry, we've set up a honeymoon fund! If you'd like to help us make memories, we’d be so grateful.
