What is the cutoff date to book in our hotel block?

Answer

Our hotel block is available until July 13th, 2026. After that date, any unused rooms will be released back to the public and may no longer be available at our discounted group rate. We recommend booking early to secure your room! If the hotel is fully booked, please see our 'Travel' tab to see other nearby stay options!

What time should I arrive?

We will be starting promptly at 4:30 pm, so we recommend arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to ensure you're settled in and ready to enjoy the day!

Will there be transportation to and from the hotel?

Answer

There won’t be separate transportation, but you won’t need it! The hotel is just steps from the venue, and the parking lots connect for a quick, easy walk.

Yes! There will be plenty of parking on-site.

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. We invite guests to dress in cocktail or elegant attire. For men, this might mean a suit or dress slacks with a button-up shirt or blazer, while women can opt for a cocktail dress, dressy pantsuit, or a chic skirt and blouse.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Please refer to your invitation for your RSVP details. As much as we'd love to celebrate with everyone, we're keeping our guest list intimate, so we’re unable to accommodate plus-ones. Thank you for your understanding!

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors at the pavilion. Please check the weather forecast as we’ll have alternate arrangements if needed.

What happens after the ceremony?

After the ceremony, we’ll have a cocktail hour followed by the reception. Be sure to stay for food, drinks, dancing, and fun!

Yes! We’ve put together a registry, which you can find on the ‘Registry’ page. While gifts are always appreciated, your love and support mean the most to us. Your presence is truly the best gift!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

No. We will be having a device free ceremony. We ask that you leave the photography to our professionals so everyone can enjoy the moment without distractions. However, feel free to take photos during the reception!

What are the wedding colors?

Answer

Our wedding colors are sage green and lavender. We kindly ask that you avoid wearing these colors to ensure the bridal party stands out, but please feel free to wear what makes you feel comfortable and stylish!
