We're getting married!

It was Korryn’s birthday, and Zach had a big surprise in store for her. The plan? A scenic horseback ride, something Korryn had always been fascinated by, even though she’d never actually been on a horse before. Little did she know, the horses were just the beginning of what Zach had planned. As they trotted through the beautiful landscape, Zach was all smiles. Korryn, on the other hand, was focused on staying on her horse. The ride was smooth, the scenery perfect, and everything was going as planned… until the guide stopped to adjust Korryn’s saddle. While the guide was busy making sure everything was secure, he kept telling Korryn to "look at Zach." But, Korryn, convinced that she needed to pay attention to the saddle situation, was thinking, "Why does he keep saying that? I live with Zach; I can look at him any time I want!" She assumed the guide just wanted her to hold Zach’s hand for stability. Finally, after what felt like forever (at least to Zach), Korryn looked over. There was Zach, on his horse, delivering the sweetest speech about how Korryn was his person, and he wanted her to be his person forever. It took her a moment to process what was happening. Shocked and amazed, she realized that her dream was coming true- right there, on horseback, in the most unexpected and beautiful way. With a full heart and a very happy "yes," Korryn and Zach rode off into their next adventure together. Later, they celebrated their engagement (and Korryn's birthday!) with friends over dinner at a winery, toasting to their future as partners for life.
