Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre
Go walk around red rocks! It’s beautiful. Morrison is a cute town for lunch too! Check the link to see what concerts are the week of the wedding! (The Beatles said it was one of their favorite venues).
New Terrain Brewing Company
Beer Garden and Tap room. Lots of outdoor seating if the weather is nice! Lots of dogs and babies here. Oh, and food trucks too! Not on the main strip, but a great spot for killing a few hours with friends. You’ll need to uber or drive.
Golden City Brewery
GCB is a favorite of ours. Best place to get away from the city, makes us feel like we are on vacation 30 minutes from our home. Light appetizers available.
Nosu Ramen
Zach tried duck here for the first time. We found this place from our best friends Logan and Kayla. Spicy Chicken Ramen is the best thing on the menu, but maybe don't eat it the night before the wedding ;)
Sherpa House Restaurant and Culture Center (Open Every day )
At Sherpa House in Golden, you’re served authentic Himalayan food by Sherpas who have made a combined total of 76 trips to the summit of Mt. Everest. Great Nepalese food! Go right when it opens!
Mountain Toad Brewing

The Golden Mill
Tap wall and food hall. Often has live music. Also, ice cream! If your group can't decide, go here!
Buffalo Rose
Zach likes this place because you order off of a newspaper menu. American food with "latin influence and western flair." Good for big groups to sit together. (British family, this one is a must for y'all).
Okinawa sushi
Sleeper sushi pick. The rice on the outside of the rolls are 👌 really good soy sauce too. The inside was nothing to write home about.
Mines Museum of Earth Science
Mines Museum, home to one of Colorado’s two Goodwill moon rocks collected during the Apollo 17 mission, had its beginnings in 1874 with the collection of geologist, Arthur Lakes, and includes the historic Colorado State Mineral Collection created by the Bureau of Mines in the 1890s. The Buffalo Bill Museum and Grave
Come learn about William F. “Buffalo Bill” Cody, one of the most famous people of his time, and his Wild West show. See for yourself why he wanted to be buried on top of Lookout Mountain.
Clear Creek Canyon
This is a beautiful drive, right off of Golden. There are walking trails all along this road as well. Great place for a run! Remember, the further/higher you drive up the colder it will get. Bring an extra jacket.
Coors Brewery Tour
Reservations will go on sale 25 days in advance and will release for booking at 12:00 AM Midnight Mountain Time. Reservations are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Dates that we are closed, are sold out, or have not yet released for sale will not show as available on the calendar. There are things to do in the factory without a tour. Must be 21+
Miners Saloon
Great place for a drink. Food is decent, but a bit overpriced. Reminiscent of 1800's Golden mining saloons. Where the after party will be! Attached is the Brick Room, which is the only space in downtown Golden that has access to all sports channels.
Abejas Golden
Clean, healthy breakfast! A little bit on the pricier side, but worth it if you want a great breakfast.

The best STACKED biscuit. I’ve you need a breakfast to soak up all of the night before, this is it. Pro tip: join the waitlist online. Can be a popular spot on a weekend morning!
