Shuttle to Wedding Venue
September 5, 2026 3:45 pm - 11:00 pm
Shuttles will depart from Limelight Boulder and Moxy Boulder hotels starting at 3:45pm, running about every 15-20mins. All guests are welcomed to take the shuttles to and from the venue as it is the safest option. The venue is located in the mountains and there will be no cell service past a certain point. If you will be staying at an Airbnb or another hotel please make arrangements to be at one of these hotels to catch a shuttle so you can get to the venue no later than 4:30pm. There is guest parking on site if you would prefer to drive yourself. Ubers/Lyfts are also available for guests that would like more flexibility getting there. However, keep in mind that due to the lack of cell service and the location, it may be hard getting an Uber back to town. Shuttles will still be available to make sure guests make it back safely. Shuttles will start drop offs back to Limelight and Moxy hotels around 9pm and will run until after the wedding ends with the last shuttle leaving the venue at 11:15pm Announcements will be made throughout the reception about shuttle departure times.

This is also one of the guest shuttle stops for the day of the wedding.
