How should I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP either by mailing back your card or responding online. Please let us know of your attendance by August 1st so we can finalize our plans. We do require written or an online response by this date—if we don't hear from you, we'll assume you're unable to attend.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will start at 3:30 p.m. Please arrive 15 to 30 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Guests staying at the Historic Grand Canyon Hotel will have access to limited parking behind the property. For all other guests, our central location provides abundant public parking along Route 66, and we recommend arriving early to secure a spot close to the hotel. You'll find plenty to explore within walking distance, making the area easy to navigate.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, we kindly request our guests to wear pink or black in honor of the family members that can’t be present but are always in our hearts.

During dinner, we'll serve wine for all guests. For additional beverages, our bar—conveniently located in the hotel lobby—offers a curated selection of local craft beers and wines available for purchase.

The ceremony and reception will take place in the ballroom at The Historic Grand Canyon Hotel. We encourage you to stay with us and have arranged a special discount code, Ballroom10, which offers 10% off your room rate. If you prefer alternative accommodations, several wonderful options are within walking distance, including the Star Hotel and Arizona 9 Motor Hotel.
