Yes, we will have some children at the wedding! Our celebration is best suited for older children, and if your kids are invited, their names will be listed on your invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding!
We’d love for guests to dress in semi-formal attire. Think dresses, suits, or dress shirts with slacks. Most importantly, wear something you feel great in — we want you to be comfortable while celebrating with us!
We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early so you have time to park, find your seat, and settle in before the ceremony begins. Our ceremony is down on the peninsula behind the Pavillion! There will be lots of signs! If you have any handicapped requirements please let us know so we can make arrangements!
Yes! The Rothschild Pavilion has a large, easily accessible parking lot right outside the building. There’s plenty of room for everyone, and parking is free.
If a plus-one is included for you, it will be indicated on your invitation. We kindly ask that only those listed attend, and we so appreciate your understanding!
We will have a shuttle from the Hilton hotel, which is where our hotel block is. This shuttle will be available to bring you to the wedding and back home after a fun night of celebrating and dancing! We will have a shuttle schedule which will be updated here closer to the big day!
Yes! Both our ceremony and reception will take place at the Rothschild Pavilion, so once you’re there, you can relax and enjoy the full celebration without needing to travel between venues.
We want every guest to feel cared for! Please let us know of any dietary restrictions on your RSVP card or when you reply online. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
We plan to celebrate until late evening! Exact timing will be on the schedule you receive at the wedding, but expect dinner, dancing, and a full night of fun.
We kindly ask that phones and cameras stay tucked away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present (and so our photographer can capture everything beautifully!). Feel free to take photos during the reception — we love seeing your memories!
