We're so excited to share some of our favorite places in the area with you.

We got engaged outside the Normal Theater, which is around the corner of the Marriott hotel and actually connects to it. If you know us, you know we love going to the movies. Stop by the theater on the day of the wedding for a special view ;)

The Normal Theater

The quad is a great place for a picnic or a walk. Walking the quad may bring back some nostalgic memories for alumni guests and may offer some beautiful photo opportunities.

Illinois State University quad

We frequent this bar for a fun night out. There is outdoor seating and a rooftop bar.

Fiala Brothers Brewery & Beer Hall

For any ISU alumni, Pub II brings back lots of memories. It is a 7 minute walk from the Marriott and would be a great location for a casual, cheap drink throughout the weekend.

If you are looking for some cutesy shopping, this is a place we sometimes go to try new flavors of popcorn. If you know us well, you know how much we love our popcorn!
