The Ceremony

The ceremony will be in Ballroom D. You may ask for directions at the front desk. Please seat yourselves when coming into the ceremony. The first 3 rows will be reserved for our families. Please DO NOT take pictures on your cell phone during the ceremony. We have hired professional photographers to capture our special moments, and do not want phones in these pictures. During the reception, there will be plenty of opportunities to capture candids on your phone. There will be a receiving line following the ceremony.
Hotel Check-In

Check in to your rooms at the Marriott if staying overnight. Early check-in may be available as early as 1:00PM, but not guaranteed. Call ahead to check with the hotel. (309) 862-9000 Be sure to arrive at the venue dressed and ready for the ceremony in case early check-in is not available. If not able to check-in until after the ceremony, the staff at the Marriott are able to hold your luggage at the front desk during the ceremony.
The Cocktail Hour
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Please note that there will be hors d'oeuvres and an open bar that includes beer, wine, and soda for 1 hour during cocktail hour after the ceremony. If you prefer a different drink option, it will be available for purchase at the bar.
The Reception

After 9PM, the music selection may become explicit. Feel free to stay and party!

The After Party

The reception will come to an end at midnight, and the bride and groom invite anyone who wants to continue the party to join them at Fiala Brothers Brewery located in Uptown Normal. It is advised to walk there as it is only 2 streets down from the Marriott Hotel. If you have been drinking, please do not drive.
