When should I RSVP by?

Guests are welcome to park in the Pelican parking lot directly behind the venue for free.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Doors open at 3 pm, with the ceremony starting promptly at 3:30. We ask that guests be seated by 3:25 pm as doors will be shut, and no one can enter until after the ceremony.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is linen pants, short-sleeved button-downs, maxi dresses, sun hats, and sandals. The ceremony will take place on the beach, just a short walk from Pelican Brewing, so please choose footwear that’s comfortable on the sand. The average temperature for Pacific City is in the upper 50s to the mid-60s in June with a cool ocean breeze. Oregon weather can be unpredictable, even in June—it might be sunny and warm one moment, then chilly the next. We recommend packing layers, as temperatures can drop quickly in the evening. If it does rain heavily, we’ll move the ceremony indoors. Please note that shoes are always required inside Pelican Brewing, or you will be asked to leave.

Where's our registry?

We are incredibly grateful for all we have and have spent the past two years simplifying and decluttering our lives. Your presence on our special day is the greatest gift we could ask for. For those who wish to contribute, we kindly welcome cash gifts or donations to the cat rescue Kayla networks with Kitt Crusaders. If donating to Kitt Crusaders, please make checks payable to Kitt Crusaders, Inc. Since we will be traveling for our wedding, we kindly ask that no physical gifts be given, as they won’t fit in our suitcases and will be donated to Goodwill. Thank you for celebrating this special moment with us!

Children's Meals

Answer

Children can select the day of for their meal choice. Children can select from the following: Cheeseburger, Chicken Tenders, Kids' Pasta, or Fish & Chips. There will be a meal ticket station for children to select their meals at the venue. Please ensure meal tickets are turned in before the ceremony. Pelican Brewing is kid-friendly, so if you need to bring any snacks or other food to make it through the evening, please bring what you need.
