Where will the ceremony be held?

We will be having the ceremony, as well as cocktail hour and the reception, at the Soldier Hollow Nordic Center Day Lodge in Midway, UT. Address is 2002 Olympic Dr. Midway, UT 84049

What time will the events start on April 25th?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4pm (please get there early!), cocktails will be served on the balcony at 5pm, and the reception will be held at 6pm. After dinner, the questionable dance moves and group singalongs can commence until we get kicked out at 11pm.

What is the attire for guests?

Answer

We request guests align with the theme Garden Party, which includes florals, lighter hues, hats, etc. (Florals? For spring? Groundbreaking.) Both the ceremony and cocktail hour are outdoors, where the high will likely be in the 60s- perfect for a garden soiree, but you might want a sweater or jacket for when the sun clocks out. We can't wait to see you blooming with us! *If you are active/retired military, we would love if you could wear your uniform!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 1st, 2026 so we can finalize the headcount for our vendors. Or, send the picture you want us to use for your cardboard cutout so we can pretend you're there.
