What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal. We are thinking suits and ties for men, and formal or cocktail dresses for the ladies.

Will we be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside. The reception is indoors with a connected outdoor courtyard allowing for activities and relaxing under the stars.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to the size of our guest list, we are limited on the number of additional people we are able to accommodate. This should be indicated on your invitation or RSVP. We understand things change, so please reach out with questions.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Since this is an out of town wedding, we are inviting kids as indicated on your invitation. We would like to accommodate as many as possible, but please be sure to check your invitation for additional guidance.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to the ceremony. This will start promptly at 3pm.

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

From downtown Charlevoix (near the The Earl Hotel and Pointes North Inn), there will be a shuttle bus provided to and from the venue.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is parking near the front of the Castle, close to both the ceremony and reception locations.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Of course! We will have beer, wine, ciders, and all the best cocktails. Nonalcoholic drinks will also be available.
