No, there is no hotel room block. However, we have listed several different hotels for your consideration, but please keep in mind that these are just a few of the many options available in the area! All hotel options would be subject to availability and market rates, which can fluctuate at some places since early November is still considered peak season in Napa. For this reason, we recommend booking as soon as possible!
We have decided to provide a broad range of accommodation options in lieu of a more limited group of hotels with room blocks. For this reason, we currently do not plan on providing transportation to and from individual hotels or rentals. That said, Uber and Lyft are pervasive in Napa and is a viable (and dependable) option for the day of the wedding, which falls on a Sunday! We encourage our guests to pre-schedule their rides in advance to avoid delays and wait times.
First off, make sure it's something FABULOUS! Dress code is 'semi-formal/black-tie optional.' For the ladies, this means either long gowns or formal cocktail dresses. For men, this means suits, or even a tuxedo if you should feel so inclined!
Please help us keep this a safe and fun weekend for everyone! We request that all of our wedding weekend attendees are fully vaccinated, or can alternatively show proof of a negative COVID test result within 72 hours of the wedding. We will continue to monitor CDC guidance and local laws to ensure we are in line with the latest safety regulations.
Generally during this time of year, Napa will be fairly moderate during the day (mid-60s to low-70s), but can drop pretty dramatically once the sun goes down with lows in the 30-40s. We encourage our guests to pack layers and come prepared with jackets, pants and tights for the evening.
