Kickball Game + Casual Dinner

We’re kicking off the weekend with a friendly game of kickball at 5:30 pm. Fun fact: Meg and Zach met playing kickball ten years ago, so it only feels right to start the celebration on the field. After the game, join us for a laid-back dinner in the dining hall followed by campfire songs and s’mores. Arrive when you can and settle into camp life.

Continental Breakfast + Camp Activities

There will be plenty of classic camp fun available to all during the day before the ceremony! Feel free to make friendship bracelets or play board games in the library, challenge someone to a round of ping pong or tetherball, hit the tennis courts, go for a swim at the waterfront, or explore the trails around camp. There are also great options for short local outings—see the Things to Do section for ideas. Stay tuned for more details about an early morning run (led by Meg… not Zach!) and a casual yoga session. A self-serve continental breakfast will be available Saturday morning in the dining hall, and we’ll have cold cuts on hand for easy DIY lunches.
Wedding Ceremony + Reception

The ceremony will be held at the outdoor chapel (weather permitting), near the lake and down a wooded path, so comfortable footwear is highly encouraged. Following the ceremony, there will be light refreshments and a buffet-style dinner served under the big tent at the center of camp. As the sun sets, we’ll move into Woodland Hall for music, dancing, and celebration. Expect a relaxed, joyful evening surrounded by nature, friends, and plenty of camp magic. ****Since dinner will be buffet-style, we aren’t collecting meal preferences. However, we DO need to know if you plan to stay overnight at camp. Zola only allows us to make this a required question by labeling it as a “meal option,” so don’t be confused by the heading—just select the lodging option that best applies to you. We’d also be grateful if you answered a few other quick questions to help us with planning.****

Farewell Brunch

Join us for a casual farewell brunch with the newlyweds on Sunday morning—a final chance to relax, enjoy the view, and soak up the last bit of camp time together. Brunch will be served in the dining hall, and check-out is by 12:00 pm.
