General Note - It's also Marathon Weekend!

Sunday, October 19th is the day of the Detroit Marathon. Hotels and Airbnb's may have limited availability due to this major event. We recommend booking well in advance to avoid price hikes and limitations. There may also be additional traffic on Sunday morning due to the race route. The Godfrey Detroit, Curio Collection by Hilton

We've secured a block of rooms at this hotel at a reduced rate of $279 per night, for both Friday and Saturday night. Located in the Corktown neighborhood of Detroit, it is about halfway between the airport and the venue (20 minutes to each), and just a 5-minute drive to downtown Detroit (or a 20-minute walk for our fellow New Yorkers, or those feeling ambitious!). One important factor to consider - The Godfrey Hotel is located just west of the marathon route, making it a great option for our travelers heading to the airport Sunday morning hoping to avoid traffic or road closures due to the race. Please use the link below to book before September 17, 2025 (as this is when the rooms will be released from the block and reduced rate).

Flight

DTW - Detroit Metro Airport

For our out-of-town guests, we recommend flying into Detroit airport! The venue is 35 minutes from the airport via car, with plenty of hotels and Airbnb options in between.
