Since our wedding celebration is a weekend long affair with multiple events, please make sure to RSVP for each event you plan to attend. On your RSVP, you can also note your arrival and departure time.

Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT)
Charlotte airport is the main airport that majority of airlines have flights to. This airport is only 30 minutes from the venue and accommodations.

Concord Regional Airport
Concord Regional Airport is closest to our house, in Concord, NC! The airport is also approximately 30 minutes from the venue and accommodations. Allegiant is the only airline that is providing commercial flights in and out of the Concord airport,
Hotel
Courtyard by Marriott Charlotte Lake Norman
This is one of the two hotels which we have blocks at. The room block is from July 3rd through 7th, and both single and double rooms are available for $139/night & $149/night, respectively. They also have suites available at this hotel if that is what you are looking for! The shuttles to and from the wedding will go to this location. The hotel is a 10 minute drive from the venue, and is a 5 minute walk from the other room block hotel! All room reservations must be made by May 3rd, 2024. If you are told that the room block is full, please reach out and we will increase the room count. PS: This is where Zach and Mack are staying!

Four Points by Sheraton Charlotte - Lake Norman
This is one of the two hotels which we have blocks at. The room block is from July 3rd through 7th, and both single and double rooms are available for $119 per night. The shuttles to and from the wedding will go to this location. The hotel is a 10 minute drive from the venue, and is a 5 minute walk from the other room block hotel! All room reservations must be made by June 5th, 2024. If you are told that the room block is full, please reach out to us and we will increase the room count.
