Why the Weekend Affair!?
Answer
We are focused on making this a weekend spent with people we love, including our closest friends and family. With large families, and friends from all over the world, we want to have time to celebrate with everyone who comes to celebrate us. Having a Weekend Affair, and allowing friends and family to come together for a weekend, rather than a night provides opportunities for Zach and I to see, catch up, and spend quality time with all that attend. So why the weekend affair!? We want quality time with you, our guests!

What is the dress attire for this shindig?
Answer
We are just hoping that no one overheats, so please wear what you will feel comfortable in, considering the humidity and time of year!
Question
Where should I stay?
Answer
We have coordinated room blocks at two of the local hotels, which you can find on the ___ tab of our website! The 4th of July Welcome Party will be held at our house, which is about 20 minutes from the hotels. Ubers are very easy to find in this area, so you will be covered for transportation. We highly recommend you stay at a room block hotel, OR at an airbnb closer to Lake Norman, and commute to the Welcome Party to ensure easiest logistics for Saturday night!

Can I leave my car at the wedding venue?
Answer
We are happily providing transportation options to and from the hotels for the wedding night! The venue is located off of a two lane highway. Ride shares are easily accessible in the area. We strongly encourage anyone who has been consuming alcohol to take the provided transportation home for the night. If you do so, and end up leaving a vehicle behind, the venue gates will be open between 8AM and 11AM the following morning (Sunday July 7th) to pick up your vehicles.
