Question

When should we arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

You can arrive anytime from an hour early to 20 minutes early. During this window, you can pull close to the ceremony site to drop off people and then go park in a nearby parking lot on the barn site. However, due to the dust pick up of the gravel road past the ceremony site, cars will be redirected to a second parking lot a little further away if you arrive within 20 minutes of the ceremony.

Question

What kind of attire should we wear?

Answer

Weather permitting, it will be an outdoor ceremony, outdoor social hour, and indoor reception. There may be some uneven ground depending where you walk, for the most part it's flat grass, stone, and gravel. Keep in mind the weather for that day, as it is May, but we are hoping it will be warmer since it's closer to June. The barn will be heated if it happens to be cooler that weekend.

We are coming from out of town, where should we stay?

Answer

There are hotel and airport options under the "travel" link on our website. There are also some suggested things to do for fun under the "things to do" link. St. Joseph is a cute little beach town right next to Benton Harbor about 20 minutes from the wedding and 5 minutes from the suggested hotels. It's pier is also where Zach proposed!

Question

What should we do if we want to bring more family than the number of guests under our RSVP?

Answer

We apologize if we missed any family members or children/grand children. We both have big families and many names to remember. Simply contact Zach or Lynn through phone, email, or facebook and we can definitely add another guest to your RSVP.
