Maid of Honor
Nicole, my hilarious little sister, is also my biggest cheerleader and best friend. No one knows you better than your siblings, and that goes doubly-true for her and I. I like to tell my parents that the best gift they ever gave me was my sister and brother (Jake). Nicole has an amazing nose for sniffing out good film (she was always finding great, underrated movies at the library for us to watch together). It's hard to pick a favorite memory with Nicole. A lot of our childhood is a blur of trips to the library, days spent watching Jake play video games (like Kingdom Hearts), camping trips to West Virginia, watching Toonami late at night, and trips to the swimming pool in the summer. She is a fiercely loyal person, and one of the best secret keepers I know.
Best Man
Josh is Zach's pal from college. While we first became friends our sophomore year at UMD, we really got to know each other our Senior year, when Zach had to walk through Josh's bedroom to get to his bedroom (smh). Josh and Zach went on to be roommates post college in Arlington and have been close friends ever since. Josh is an all around great guy - he sees the humor in life, is super easy going, and has always had a knack for searching out up and coming great music. Above all else, Josh is a great listener, trusted confidante, and loyal friend. Love ya bro!
Maid of Honor
Abby and I met at The Nature Conservancy as colleagues, but she quickly became one of my closest friends. All of a sudden, work (and the moments in-between) became FUN. Maybe too much fun, since I missed a meeting I was supposed to run because I was helping Abby craft a fake fireplace for our office holiday party. (Totally worth it!) In Abby, I found someone I could laugh with, cry with, and most importantly trust. One of my favorite memories of Abby is the first time we hung out. Abby and I grabbed margs and nashos at a local rooftop bar after work, and it was during this first hangtime that I knew I'd met someone truly special. We soon learned we're both ravenous foodies, who love genuine people, dreaming up fantastical scenarios for our lives, and living by the motto "treat yo'self".
Best Man
Scott is Zach's oldest friend, dating all the way back to the 4th (?) grade. Scott is fun-loving, smart, and annoyingly good at almost everything he tries. Scott is the voice in Zach's head telling him to take the day off and do something fun or spontaneous and maybe to have an extra drink while doing so. We've enjoyed some great childhood memories together including frequent sleep overs, trips to Scott's lake-house in MN, and even maintained a strong pen pal relationship while Scott's family was stationed in Germany. We've kept in touch over the years and have had too many adventures since then to list here. Scott is a super loyal friend and I'm glad to call him a Best Man!
Bridesmaid
Nisha and I met at Purdue, and she's one of the most hilarious and intelligent people in my inner circle. She has a huge heart and effortlessly attracts people to her. I feel like I've lived countless lives since graduating, and Nisha has been there by my side for some serious milestones. She's been an amazing addition to my life and has helped me find stability when things start to get out-of-control. Nisha has shown me it's okay to laugh and roll your eyes when things get plain ridiculous. One of my favorite things about Nisha is how easy it is for us to pick-up exactly where we left things. No matter how much time or distance is between us, we can give each other a phone call, and it's like nothing has changed. She's an amazing friend, and I'm extremely lucky to have met her when I did.
Groomsman
Jesse is Zach's oldest brother and a close friend. Jesse is an adventurous, ever-curious, and multi-talented guy. Zach and Jesse became close in our 20's where Zach joined Jesse and friends on some epic ski trips, OBX beach trips, and forays to far flung places like Costa Rica and SE Asia (where Jesse called home for almost 10 years). More recently, you can find us going head to head on the disc golf course. I've always been inspired by Jesse's commitment to the things that matter to him, and his amazing ability to navigate life without selling out to the man. Thanks for being part of the team, Bro!
Bridesmaid
When I first met Bethany, I was immediately taken in by her glamorous style, fun-loving attitude, and razor-sharp mind. She's someone who lives life to the fullest and on her own terms. In my friendship with Bethany, I have learned that you can have whatever you want in this life, if you just dare to dream for it. She and I are similar in that we are extremely driven; when we want something we don't let anything distract us from our goals. It's refreshing to meet someone who is as fiery, passionate, and down-to-clown as Bethany. I also feel extremely fortunate to have observed one of the most beautiful and loving relationships between her and her partner, Josh. I see the strong bond the two of them share, and they're a couple I look up to. They make life look so real, but also so much fun!
Groomsman
Joel, or as he's better known "Joelrge" is Zach's older brother and close friend. Joel and Zach became close in our 20s, where Zach frequented Baltimore for some of Joel's epic house parties on Lombard Ave and even spent a summer sleeping on his couch for his summer "internship". That wouldn't be the last time he crashed at Joel's pulling a similar stint at Joel and Cait's place in Denver (Thanks Cait!) a few years later. Before becoming a dad, Joel was a pretty cool guy and Zach has met a lot of great friends, improved his style, and enjoyed some great trips with Joel and his crew. An obvious highlight was a trip to NZ with Joel and 7 friends squeezed into a camper van for three weeks. Glad to have you as a bro, bro!

Elysee is one of the most down-to-earth, COOL, *sparkly* people I know. (And fellow dog-mom!) She and I first met on a camping trip to a beach known for its free-roaming ponies. It was my first overnight trip with Zach, and I couldn't have dreamt up a better gal-pal to have at my side then and now. Elysee's effortless sense of humor and care-free attitude easily won me over. I've loved getting to know her and Lanny over the years. Elysee doesn't put on airs; she is 100% herself, and you'll feel yourself easily warm up to her authenticity. Since our first meeting, the four of us have been on several trips together (Philly, New Jersey, Michigan), and it's always a blast. One special memory I have of Elysee is getting to join her while she sat for a tattoo in NYC. Truly unforgettable!
Groomsman
Kevin or "Stallings" or "K" is a long time friend of Zach and Kristine. Zach met Stallings at his first job out of college, where he was thrown unceremoniously into the real world as a public accountant. Stallings and Zach hit it off and have been friends for about 13 years now. Stallings is a great friend that's always down for a good time. Whether we're hanging out at Stalings apartment "the Heights", checking out a band at 9:30 club, or visiting a beer mecca like Asheville or Denver - Stallings is always a fun guy to have around and a trusted and loyal friend.
