If you decide you want to bring the kids on the journey, we respect and honor that. We can't promise availability of reliable and trustworthy babysitting in Sayulita, but if you give us a heads up we'll make sure to have some activities on-hand for entertainment at the reception. We won't have special kids food on the menu at the reception, so plan accordingly for picky little eaters.
YUP! Plan ahead- border patrol is not nearly as fun to celebrate with as we are. You will need a valid Passport with at least 6 months remaining by the time you leave and return home. For example, if you leave Mexico and return home on April 9th, 2019, your Passport must be valid until at least October 9th, 2019. If you are a US Citizen and do not have a U.S. Passport you'll need to order a new one at the link below. FYI - processing times are 4-6 weeks so order soon! We think it's fantastic! In April, Sayulita averages a high of 82 degree F (28 C) and a low of 66 degree F (19 C). Keep in mind it can get slightly breezy and cool in the evening when the sun goes down. The fair-skinned groom-to-be says don't forget your sunscreen. :)
It would be ridiculous to have a party in Mexico and ask you to wear your penguin suit. You do you, although we do ask for a little uplift from your pool-side or beach-lounging attire. There is a concrete floor under the palapa but the ceremony will be in the surrounding grass so stilletos not recommended.
