When should I book my travel?

Answer

While we do not need your RSVP's yet, we encourage you to plan your trip as soon as possible. If you think there is a chance that you will attend the wedding weekend, I would book your hotel stay and flights as soon as you can in order to get the best prices possible. July is a popular travel month in Jackson, so hotel and flight prices will continue to increase the closer you get to the travel dates. All hotel options we have listed on this site are cancellable up until 48 hours before your check in date, and most do not require a deposit.

What will the weather be like in Wyoming in July?

Answer

Summer temperatures in Wyoming tend to be pretty mild, ranging from the low 40s at night, to the low 80s during the day. The sun can get pretty strong, so don't forget your sunglasses for the daytime. Evenings tend to cool off, so bring a jacket or sweater with you for once the sun goes down (unless you dance anything like Zach, then your dance moves will keep you warm enough).

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There is parking at the venue if you choose to drive. For those staying at any of the hotels we have listed, there will be a bus running to and from venue throughout the night so that you do not have to worry about driving. We will pick a centralized location for the bus pickup/drop-off that is within walking distance to all of the suggested hotels.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the ceremony about 20-30 minutes early, as there is a short walk to get to the ceremony location.
