In Mr. Wilson's 10th grade English class, Juliana gave one of her friends a piece of gum. Zach noticed and asked if he could have a piece, and Juliana said no. Later on that year, Mr. Wilson sat Juliana and Zach next to each other and the rest was history

Every summer, Juliana and her friends (that she studied abroad with) plan a trip together. This particular summer, they decided to go to Cape Cod, MA, and invited their boyfriends to join as well. Zach reached out to the group to let them know he'd like to propose on this trip, and together they tricked Juliana into thinking they were going to happy hour on the beach before going to dinner. On Grey's Beach in Cape Cod, Zach popped the question surrounded by their friends! Instead of going to dinner, the group threw a party back at the rental house and spent the rest of the holiday weekend celebrating!
