Maid of Honor
Sister of the Bride Most of the best memories Gina has from childhood are with her sister! Growing up they loved playing video games, doing puzzles, having slumber parties in the basement, and building extravagant blanket forts (which they still do from time to time). There are too many words to describe Gina's love for her sister to fit in a paragraph. Even though they are opposites in many ways, they have learned over the years that their differences are their strength, and they always balance each other in their relationship. Corrin will also be graduating from Michigan State University this Spring with her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
Bridesmaid
Sister of the Groom Gina and Madeleine have formed a strong friendship as soon-to-be sisters-in-law through their hours of baking, watching sitcoms, family game nights (where Madeleine always reigns supreme), and their frequent outings to craft stores. Madeleine is incredibly smart, considerate, and a total tech wizard! She graduated from Hope College with a degree in computer science and will be graduating from Davenport University next spring with her Master's degree in cyber security.
Bridesmaid
Cousin of the Bride Gina, Corrin, and Sarah have so many great memories together from their childhood! From playing really terrible but laugh-inducing matches of Badminton with the family on the Thornapple River, to lively games of Sequence and Yahtzee, Sarah has been like another sister. She plays lacrosse and field hockey for Ohio Wesleyan University where she studies exercise science, and is a huge dog lover who enjoys snuggling with her Samoyed Achu and her Bernie-doodle Izzy.
Bridesmaid
Ally is Gina’s oldest friend, going all the way back to the 4th grade! They were fast friends, sharing an interest in creative activities like drawing and writing. They love going for long walks together (and of course rewarding themselves with ice cream afterwards). Every time they get together is the best time. Ally is exceptionally kind, funny, thoughtful, empathetic, and fiercely reliable. Their friendship has continued to strengthen throughout adulthood, and they share a bond now that is unbreakable.
Bridesmaid
Gina and Kelly became close friends in high school, and she has known Zach since elementary school (she also gets the credit for introducing them to each other!) Kelly is the extrovert to Gina’s introvert, and has always been the one to encourage and push her outside her comfort zone as they were growing up (like the time Kelly volunteered both of them to perform an impromptu skit in front of their 10th grade English class, thanks Kel). Kelly is a mother-baby registered nurse, and as strong as they come!
Bridesmaid
Gina and Hailey first met at Grand Valley in the illustration program where they had numerous classes together. Then in 2020, Hailey recommended Gina for a job at Schuler Books, and while working together their friendship blossomed even more! Hailey is a huge nature lover, one of the most compassionate people on the planet, and has a strong passion for art and writing. They've spent many nights watching their favorite shows while painting, laughing, and drinking cheap rosé.
Bridesmaid
Rosie and Gina met while working at Schuler Books and bonded over their love of marine mammals (especially seals!). She loves creating collages, journaling, and being a cat parent with Hailey to the cutest kitties in the world, Armo and Spaghetti Western. Not only is she quick-witted and hilarious, she always lifts up those around her with her kindness. Rosie is also a talented wordsmith and published author who will be graduating this spring with her Master’s degree in poetry.
Bridesmaid
Mackenzie has been like another sister to Gina and Corrin! Growing up 4 doors down from each other, they spent many summers together swimming, trampolining, running amok through the neighborhood, and laughing like hyenas. As they grew up and went off to college, they would go long periods of time without seeing each other, but Mackenzie has always been a constant in Gina's life who she can count on for anything. She will be graduating from Central Michigan University in May with a degree in Secondary Education, and wants to be a science teacher.
Best Man
To this day, David has been one of the most reliable people in Zach's life. As an English teacher for their alma mater Grandville High School, David teaches not only his students everyday, but Zach as well. He embodies what it means to always care about and be there for other people, never giving up on them, and always believing in them even when they don't believe in themselves. David and Zach have bonded over their love for movies, tv shows, books, and many, MANY video games. Zach takes full credit for convincing David to buy his first gaming console, through which there have been many laughs and fun nights they will remember for years to come.
Groomsman
Zach and Matt met early on in elementary school, and bonded immediately over games of World Cup at recess and playing split screen Halo. They played on an AYSO soccer team together and DOMINATED, and then, magically, they were never put on the same team again (they had to make the games fair, you see). Matt carried on his love for soccer through high school, while Zach chose to continue with his tennis career. Matt's outgoing and charismatic personality have led him to become one of Zach's favorite people in his life.

Starting a new career at Penske in a transitional period right out of college was terrifying for Zach, so when an extremely extroverted Ben took him under his wing at the rental counter, helped shape his attitude, and push him out into the world, it was really meaningful. Ever since then, they have had countless nights of raging, laughing, and fun across the virtual world of Warzone, and will hopefully be making many more memories in the years to come.
Groomsman
Cousin of the Groom Anthony was always the cousin that Zach looked up to the most when he was growing up, not only because he was always present in the family, but he made the largest effort towards Zach to be welcoming into the extended family, even though Zach was considerably younger. Plus, he may or may not have sold Zach his first car which he loved and drove into the ground for almost a decade, and continuing to look forward to many more memories in the future!
Groomsman
Cameron is Zach's oldest friend, going all the way back to 1st Grade (or 2nd Grade depending on how they tell the story). Over time they have bonded over countless game nights, everything from Mario Party to Minecraft. Cam works for Wyoming Animal Hospital as a vet tech, and shares his unique love for animals with those around him with stories ranging from heartwarming to heartbreaking. After everything is said and done, Cam has been a cornerstone in Zach's foundation and development through the years.
Groomsman
While attending Hillsdale College, Zach met James through his time with Delta Tau Delta Fraternity. In typical college fashion, their relationship was a rollercoaster of emotions, late night Taco Bell runs, parties, and fights, so naturally he became one of Zach’s best friends. As often as they joked about "paying for friends" by joining a fraternity, he is actually one of the good ones who has stuck around through the good, bad, and the ugly.
