You should RSVP via our website Zola, this is our main way of keeping track with our planner! Please RSVP by end of March.
We're spending the weekend in a charming Alpine village, we'll be helping coordinate housing for everyone! We've arranged various family-owned Airbnbs, bed & breakfasts, and small hotels—all vetted and pre-reserved for the weekend. We'll reach out to you individually to arrange your accommodations and connect you with the owners. Our planner will be available to help with anything you need.
The ceremony and dinner will primarily be outdoors, while the reception and party will be indoors. We would recommend sunglasses for the day and a light shawl for the night-time.
Yes, we will be providing shuttles to the venue on Saturday. We highly recommend you plan on using the shuttle on Saturday, especially at night! The roads around the venue are not well-lit and harder to navigate at night. Uber will be available in the area, but as it is a smaller village we recommend the shuttle! If you prefer to drive, there will be ample parking at the venue. You are also free to drive to the venue and shuttle the way back if you would like to pick your rental car up on Sunday!
The dress code for our ceremony will be black tie. We ask men to wear a tuxedo and women to wear a floor-length dress. Additionally, we've created a Pinterest for Friday and Saturday's dress codes you can find here: https://pin.it/5SCib1aWy
We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.
We politely request no children attend the ceremony and reception. Thank you in advance for understanding. We are however happy to have children at the BBQ and Welcome Event!
We have our registry linked to this website, but your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! We do not expect gifts from anyone (please don't travel with a gift!), but if you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 1819 E Denny Way Apt 102, Seattle WA 98122.
Our venue's address is 2917 route du chanan, 06260 La Penne, France. You can use address to view the location in Google Maps. Once you arrive, you'll see signage directing you to the location where the ceremony will take place. There's a staircase you must descend to access the ceremony space. There is some gravel and grass to navigate throughout the venue, so plan accordingly when deciding what shoes to wear.
On Friday there will be TBD food. On Saturday we'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entree. Sunday there will be TBD food and leftovers from Saturday! There will be a meat, fish and gluten-free/nut-free/vegan option available throughout the weekend, we've worked with the caterers to label for the known allergies and restrictions but advise you also plan for back-ups like you would for all traveling.
