Question

Will there be a cocktail hour?

Answer

Yes! We will start cocktail hour at 4 and have it last until 5:30. This will give anyone time to check-in to their hotels, freshen up, and get over to the venue from the church. The bar will also be open with music and some bean bag boards as well as a grazing board!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will not be an open bar unfortunately. But we will have a certain amount of drinks free until the money is used up.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We ask that you wear semi-formal attire.

Can we leave our cars overnight?

Answer

Yes! Laurel Ridge just asks that you pick them up before eleven the next day.

Are their any curtsy blocks on any surrounding hotels?

Answer

Yes! We have a curtsy block on three hotels. If you go to the "travel" tab on our website, we have all the details on how to book.

Question

Will the wedding be located inside or outside?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held inside. Our reception & dance will also be located inside at a venue. Weather permitting, we will have some activities located outside for entertainment.

Is there a shuttle?

Answer

Yes! While we did not book a private shuttle service for our venue, most of the hotels do provide a shuttle service during certain time frames.
