Rental Villas at Kiawah Island Resort

We have blocked off a variety of 1 and 2 bedroom villas for rent on Kiawah Island. These villas give you access to the pool complexes in Night Heron Park and West Beach Village, transportation to resort owned amenities, and optional grocery stocking. This option is the most budget friendly and additional larger homes are also available through the resort. Rental Villas / Homes at Kiawah River

There are a limited number of villas and homes for rent on the Dunlin property for those who would like more space. These villas and home will grant you access to one of the hotel pools and the gym at the Dunlin for an additional resort fee. Please contact Sewee Properties at 843-804-6770 for more information.

The Sanctuary - Kiawah Island Resort

The Sanctuary Hotel is another luxury hotel option on the island. Please note that we do not have a hotel block here, but please use booking ID #22498 (Stathis / Kozick wedding) for 10% off the nightly rate. Please visit their website for more information.
