Rehearsal Dinner

Cocktail Party Attire

For those scheduled for the rehearsal dinner A shuttle will be provided to bring anyone staying at the Hampton Inn to The Broadmoor at 4:45pm and 5:30pm. Following the rehearsal, the shuttle will depart from The Broadmoor to Cowboy Star for dinner around 6pm and will make a stop at the Hampton Inn at the end of the night as well. For those in the wedding, rehearsal will begin at 5pm at The Broadmoor Lake Terrace so please be sure to utilize the 4:45pm shuttle. For those who are not in the rehearsal but will be attending the dinner, you are welcome to head over to The Broadmoor early to explore, get a drink, or just sit and take in the views while you wait. If you would like to take the shuttle to the restaurant but not to The Broadmoor, we ask that you be at The Broadmoor by 5:45pm. If you prefer to drive yourself to dinner please note it takes about 20 minutes to get the the restaurant so the shuttle will not arrive at the restaurant until about 6:30pm.

Ceremony

5:00 pm - 5:30 pm

We ask that you come in formal attire.

This will be an outdoor ceremony in Colorado Springs. Being that it is in October and outside, we recommend you plan to bring a sweater, shawl or jacket in case it is on the colder side. Transportation will be provided to and from the Hampton Inn. Please refer to the Travel tab for more info.
