What is the dress code?

Answer

Sunday best with shoes appropriate for dancing and walking on grass. We want our guests to feel comfortable and enjoy the wedding festivities.

We want to keep our day as intimate as possible. When you RSVP online, the details of who is invited will be included.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding is outdoors. The ceremony and reception area are covered. The time of year will include warmer weather.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to mainly be an adult event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The wedding will begin promptly at 1:00 PM on September 3, 2022. We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Guests should park in the grass lot in front of the entry barn. The parking is free. Please sign our guest book when you arrive!

Can I smoke on the venue premises?

Answer

Smoking is strictly forbidden in all areas of our wedding venue except in the designated smoking area.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #evergreen so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
