Our Engagement Story

On November 2nd, 2024, Jacob and Yvette got engaged on the breathtaking slopes of Mount Tamalpais, California—surrounded by sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean and the iconic Golden Gate Bridge. Capturing the moment was their dear friend (and Yvette’s college roommate), Juwon Cho, whose photos beautifully reflect the joy of the day. They celebrated that evening with a cozy dinner at one of their favorite San Francisco spots: Burma Superstar.

When it came time to choose a location for their engagement photos, Antigua, Guatemala felt like the perfect place. Yvette first visited Guatemala in high school and later spent several months living in Antigua during college. Sharing the country’s natural beauty and vibrant culture together, Jacob and Yvette explored stunning places like Lago Atitlán, the majestic Volcán de Fuego, and the charming colonial streets of Antigua—creating memories that made their engagement even more meaningful.
