While our wedding will be small and intimate, we are blessed to have guests from many different parts of the world. That's why we are planning to get together an evening before the wedding, so you can all get familiar with each other. We are bringing a great crew together so I am sure everybody will have a great time! Event will be organized in the restaurant of the hotel Viaggio, which is the hotel where we recommend everybody to stay in. There will be food and drinks served.

The Wedding

Dressy Casual

Wedding will take place in Santamonica Llanogrande location which is located close to the Rionegro airport. Ceremony will start exactly at 3pm. We will arrange the transportation from the hotel Viaggio in district El Poblado in Medellin directly to the venue and back. The transport from the hotel will leave at 2pm and will come back to Medellin at 12am when the event is over. In case anybody wants to return to their accommodation earlier, Uber works perfectly and has great prices as well. We were told that the area where the venue is can get quite hot and also humid so please dress comfortably for the weather. Our recommended dress code is dressy casual. Day trip to Guatape

There are a lot of beautiful sights to see in Medellin but also in near surroundings. One of the significant monument is called El Penol and it is a HUGE rock that overlooks a beautiful lake. We are planning to check it out most likely on Tuesday the week after the wedding, and would love for you to join if you are interested. Based on the interest we can get a day tour from local travel agencies or even book a private tour if we have enough people. A tour is typically $30 - $40 per person. It's an all day trip - 10-12 hours and most of the agencies provide the food during the day. In case you want to incorporate it into your discovery plan while in Colombia just know that it will take up your whole day.
