Sadly, no. Taxi service is limited as well, so please plan accordingly if you are not staying at the Surf Hotel and will be drinking at the ceremony.

Yes they are, however, they are not allowed to be left alone in your room. The Surf Hotel seems to be serious about enforcing this so you will need to plan accordingly if you are bringing your furry friend(s)!
