We love your little ones! However, we have decided on only immediate family and wedding party kiddos, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night! ¡Amamos a sus pequeños! Sin embargo, hemos decidido que solo los familiares directos, aparecerán bajo su nombre cuando confirme su asistencia. ¡Te animamos a que utilices esta noche como una cita!

Can I bring a date? / Puedo llevar a un acompañante?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding! Debido al espacio limitado, solo podemos acomodar a aquellos invitados formalmente en su invitación de boda. Si recibió un acompañante, aparecerán debajo de su nombre cuando confirme su asistencia. ¡Gracias por entender!

Should I exchange my currency to mexican pesos?
Answer
We recommend to exchange at least 100 dollars to mexican pesos, as some outdoor markets and small stores don't use credit cards. At the moment 1 us dollar is around 19 mx pesos. The best place to easily exchange is through a currency exchange business in the airports. They are safe, reliable, and easily accessible.

Where is your registry? / Donde esta su registro de regalos?
Answer
As this is a destination wedding and many costs are inherently burdened on our guests, your presence alone is the most important gift. We will not have a registry and do not expect any type of other gift. Dado que esta es una boda de destino, realmente apreciamos el esfuerzo y los costos que nuestros invitados están asumiendo para celebrar con nosotros. Su presencia es el regalo más significativo que podríamos desear, y no tendremos un registro tradicional ni esperamos ningún otro tipo de obsequio.

We recommend our guests arrive by Sunday, June 1, 2025. This will give you plenty of time to settle in and also explore the beautiful and vibrant city of San Miguel de Allende. It’s the perfect opportunity to enjoy its rich culture, historic charm, and picturesque streets before the wedding festivities begin!

Is there any paperwork required to enter mexico?
Answer
If you have a US Visa, US Passport or European Passport that has an expiration date at least 6 months later than your arrival date in Mexico, you are NOT required to obtain a Mexican visa. However you do need a properly completed Multiple Digital Migration Form (FMMd). This form will be provided to you by the airline or at the port of entry for your convenience.

Yes! This would be a great opportunity to enjoy the culture of mexico and what else it has to offer. Here are some safe and beautiful options we recommend: For those looking to spend a few extra days in Mexico, see below for some ideas: Food/Culture - Mexico City, Oaxaca, Merida, Taxco Beach Vibes: - Cancun/Playa Del Carmen/Tulum for those coming from the East coast - Cabo, La Paz, Puerto Vallarta, Punta Mita/Sayulita for those coming from West coast - Puerto Escondido, Zipolite/Mazunte - for the adventurous!

How far is the venue from the city?
Answer
Casa Adela is located in the outskirts of San Miguel de Allende - a 25 min drive. We are trying to obtain shuttle service for our guests, more information to come. However, if for some reason the shuttle is not available, Uber is a safe and reliable option!

Where is the best place to stay?
Answer
There are multiple beautiful Airbnb and hotel options for all budgets! We recommend guests to stay close to the Zona Centro as this makes it very convenient to walk the beautiful city! Another great area is near Parque Benito Juarez- has a beautiful charm. Otherwise, there are other amazing options more on the outskirts but do consider transportation services to and from the city if you are interested in exploring.
