Question

Do I need to wear a mask? What are Covid Protocols?

Answer

We recommend wearing a mask at your own discretion, however, we will not enforce it. We are having the ceremony and festivities outside to allow everyone their space if they want it. Hand sanitizer will also be present at the event. There will be a bathroom located in the bottom level of the barn if you'd like to wash your hands there. Everyone will also be given their own glass for the night. We recommend people limit sharing food and beverage as much as they can. Thank you.

Question

Where should we park?

Answer

The is a small gravel parking lot located on the side of the barn.

Question

Will there be gluten free food options?

Answer

We plan to have an array of snacks available during cocktails hour. We also have gluten free option for dinner you will just need to make a personal gluten free order with the caterer. We plan on having a gluten free dessert option as well. Vegetarian options also included for dinner option. Stock up on snacks, salad and bread if you're vegan...sorry.

Question

How long is everything?

Answer

The Ceremony will begin at 4:00pm so please arrive a few minutes beforehand. It will last around 30 minutes. Cocktail hour will last about an hour and a half. Dinner will be served around 6:00pm. Dancing will be from around 7:00-11:00pm. 11:00pm Closing time

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

This will be a garden wedding located mostly on grass outside. Please dress accordingly. We recommend women to wear sandals, flats or wedges. You may want sunglasses and a summer hat (no ball caps please). Dress should be a more casual formal wear that's summery and light. The ceremony will be quite warm, but as the night goes on it may become cooler so be prepared for that unless you plan on dancing and alcohol to keep you comfortable ;)

Question

Who can I bring?

Answer

Since this is happening during a Pandemic we recommend people only bring a significant other. Your children are also allowed to join if you would like to have a fun family weekend.

Question

What gift should I get them?

Answer

Matt and Kelsey do not want any physical gifts or items. They would simply ask for a contribution to their Honeymoon fund if you are feeling generous, which is located in the Registry tab. Thank you.
