Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by 7/31! However, if your availability is still uncertain (work trip, limited PTO, etc...), please don't feel pressured to let us know.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is cocktail/semi-formal (no sweatshirts). Please avoid white or ivory, highly saturated bright color (e.g. bright red, hot pink or neon colors) and clothing with bold patterns. Neutral solid colors are preferred (for your reference, google search for "neutral color palette"). Black dresses and black suits are welcomed! Tie optional. Wedding party will be wearing black dresses and suits.

Is the event indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoor in the Roxborough Ceremony Garden, followed by cocktail hour on the patio and dinner reception indoors inside the Clubhouse.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive as early as 4:30pm since parking/navigating to the ceremony site can easily take more than 10mins. Our ceremony will start promptly at 5pm, we kindly request our guests to be seated starting 4:45pm, 15mins prior to the ceremony. Please consider to arrive at least 20-30mins before ceremony start time so you have ample time to park, chat with other guests and enjoy the view of our beautiful venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, a few parking lots are free at the Club House area at Arrowhead, just steps away from both our ceremony and reception location. We will send out email instructions to help you navigate!

Question

Any suggestions for sightseeing around Denver?

Answer

Fall is a beautiful time in Colorado and we have a list of day trip suggestion under "Things to Do Around Denver" for your Saturday planning. Please do remember that due to elevation, temperatures can be significantly lower in the mountains if you do plan to visit the Rocky Mountains National Park or the I-70 corridor. Do bring warmer layers with you. However, our ceremony location is close to the city and will be warmer (same as Denver downtown).

Elevation and altitude sickness?

Answer

Denver is at a mile above sea level (5280ft/1610m). If you have never been to Denver, please make sure to drink plenty of water in case you might be sensitive to elevation. However, oxygen canisters are not necessary when you are in the city or for any moderate walking at parks nearby. We do have the bar open for most of the evening but please consider drinking moderately and keep hydrated (H2O specifically, alcohol beverages don't count as hydration) throughout the night.
