CJ is Michael's cousin on his mom's side, and they spent much of their early years playing Halo and making mischief at family gatherings. He remembers seeing Michael and Ysabel together for the first time at senior prom, and even then, he knew they were perfect for each other. Although he's been away for graduate school in Florida, he looks forward to seeing Michael and Ysabel grow together as a family.

Attended and worked together in many hair shows, fashion shows and even a magazine photo shoot. Even when they would drift apart, once in the same room it was as if no time had past.

Through mutual friends, their sense of humor and doodling crazy things, They became friends throughout all of high school to this day. From boring English classes to skating all summer with Ben and Jason, playing video games, and getting Michaels first tattoo (and many more). Good times and tough times, they got each others backs.

Erik is “self-proclaimed” Ysabel’s favorite cousin ! Although theygrew up in different states for half their lives, they have managed to build a great bond in the years since. Michael and Erik were introduced a little over a year ago. After chance to hang out alone together he realized how lucky of a woman Ysabel is to have him! He is thrilled to be apart of these two amazing peoples wedding day and knows only great things will come of it.

Sage is Ysabel & Michael’s youngest. She came into their lives amidst Covid. They had talked about getting another dog but never acted on it. On day on a July evening, Ysabel was scrolling through Craigslist. The moment they saw her, they new they had to have her! They immediately got ready, and drove from San Antonio to Temple, TX to get her. She has given them stress, hair but LOTS of love. She loves to sleep at the foot of their bed and loves morning cuddles! She’s so excited to see her Mom and Dad finally tie the knot!

Bane
Ring Barer /Best Dog
Bane is Ysabel and Michael’s first dog together. He came into their lives summer of 2016. They went to the animal shelter to play with some dogs. They walked by Bane as he was sitting in a cage in the corner of the row. Michael walked past but stopped in his tracks and went straight to Bane. We was to be Euthanized later that day. The three of them had an instant connection. They knew they had to take him home. Bane is so happy and excited his Mom & Dad are FINALLY Making it official after all these years!
