The Log Inn

Twelve miles north of Evansville and one mile east of US Hwy 41, the Log Inn was built in 1825 as a Noon Day Stage Coach Stop and Trading Post. We have been officially recognized as the oldest restaurant in Indiana. While visiting the Log Inn, you can dine in the same original log room that Abraham Lincoln visited in 1844.

Want to know a fun fact? Evansville's Bosse Field is the field where the final game was filmed for A League of Their Own. Some of the decor and logos from the film can still be seen at the stadium.
