Hi! My name is Jillian and I met Connor at WSU-Spokane, and we became friends through our shared major and being partnered up in sign language class. I currently get to go to school with him for a second degree as we work towards our doctorate in audiology (AUD) at Western Washington University. Mackenzie is one of my longest and dearest friends. We met in 2016 when her brother introduced us in the lunch room. We became fast friends, and I am happy to have been apart of her journey through high school, her meeting Connor, starting and finishing college, to now being a girl boss and getting married. I couldn't be prouder to call her my friend and one of the kindest people you will meet.

Hi I’m Tim! I met Connor in the late summer of 2023 when he started his graduate school career. The two became friends fast since they were one of the few men in an 80% female dominated field. Connor talked quite a lot (and loudly), where I mostly listened and provided his wisdom (shouting louder to get Connor’s attention). Either way, there was a lot of laughter, a lot of stress, and even more gray hairs. It is truly an honor to be one of Connor’s groomsmen and be witness to a beautiful day of union.

We supported and encouraged each other to stay focused on our goals. We shared our grades, vented about professors, commiserated over car troubles, and of course, keeping each other sane. I loved any chance we had to cook together - shout to the delicious spaghetti (Skyline) they made!
