Please RSVP by March 26th, 2026. If you miss the RSVP deadline and would still like to attend, please reach out to the bride and groom ASAP. We can try to accommodate you RSVPing past the deadline. To RSVP......
We ask that you wear cocktail/semi-formal attire. Please wear what you feel most comfortable in! We want you to be able to let loose and have fun! If you wear heels, we recommend you avoid wearing stiletto style heels. The ceremony will be outside on the ceremony lawn and, given the time of year, the ground may be soft. Please avoid wearing white, champagne, ivory, and cream-colored clothes.
Your invitation will reflect if you have a plus one when you RSVP. If your invitation does not show that you have a plus one then please do not bring an additional guest. If you have someone you would like to bring that is not on the invitation, please reach out to the bride and groom so we can discuss adding them to the guest list.
We love your kids! However, we ask that you do not bring them along with you if your invitation does not include them. We want our wedding to be a fun date night for you and your love! However, we also understand that it can be difficult to get childcare and if that is the case then you are welcome to bring your children. Please reach out to us if you perceive finding childcare to be a barrier so we can plan to provide accommodations for your children.
The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm. Please plan to arrive at the venue between 4:00 and 4:20 pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm and you will be unable to enter the ceremony lawn once it begins.
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at The Lodge venue at Trinity Tree Farm. The venue has a large parking lot on site. Trinity Tree Farm has two venues on site. When you arrive, please follow the signs for The Lodge venue. At the front of the building there is also ADA accessible parking you can park in if you have a disabled parking pass.
Both! The ceremony will be held outside on the ceremony lawn. The reception and after party will be held inside. For cocktail hour and the duration of the wedding after the ceremony you will be able to spend time inside the building and outside. We will have a variety of lawn games available to play pending weather as well. There are a variety of locations inside the venue you can go to as well if you feel you need time to step away and spend some time by yourself.
For weather you can expect it to be somewhere between 50 and 60 degrees. Since the wedding is in the PNW in April, please plan for the potential that it may rain during the wedding. However, we are manifesting a sunny warm day!
We will try our best to accommodate any and all dietary restrictions! If you have a dietary restriction please reach out the bride and groom when you RSVP. (ADD)
